We offer Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from Dhirsons Jewellery House, within India. The product along with the original product certificate and invoice can be returned for buy-back or exchanged. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Diamond Exchange: The value of the exchanged product will be 95% of the prevailing rate on the website at the time. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

Diamond Buyback: If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buyback amount will be 90% of the prevailing rate on the website at the time. The buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 business days. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than
Dhirsons Jewellery House shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

Gold Exchange: The value of the exchanged product will be 100% of Current Net Gold value less Making Charge. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

Gold Buyback: The value of the return product will be 97% of Current Net Gold value less Making Charge. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the buyback amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
